Create Your First Bot

Set up your AI assistant with your brand personality.

• Click 'New Bot' in your dashboard
• Give your bot a name and choose an avatar
• Set your bot's personality and tone
• Configure greeting messages

Train Your AI

Upload your knowledge base so your bot can answer questions accurately.

• Go to the Knowledge Base section
• Upload documents (PDF, DOC, TXT)
• Add your website URL for automatic scraping
• Review and edit the extracted content

Install the Widget

Add Chatmefy to your website with a single line of code.

• Copy your unique embed code from Settings
• Paste it before the </body> tag on your site
• The widget will appear automatically
• Test the bot on your live website
